Terms of Payment

AMG offers several payment options. A Schedule of Values will be presented at the onset of a project that will break out partial payments for both materials and labor. Our standard pricing and associated invoicing is 2-10-30 (a 2 percent discount on labor and materials will be applied if paid in full within 10 days of invoicing at each partial billing).

Retention is not to exceed 2.5 percent. Understanding that the fiduciary relationship between the General Contractor and the Owner may have significant influence over funding for the project and partial payments of tasks, our quoted and agreed upon price will be honored.

If payment is not received within 60 days, a two percent finance charge will be added to the overall project value, compounded monthly.

Our goal in supplying full service as a sole source at or below fair-market value relies on the ability of the General Contractor to manage this funding in such a way as to realize the value that has been discounted based upon prompt payment.
